i survived the delivery room! i think the most nerve-racking part was when they asked my sister to stop pushing because they couldn't figure out how to work the new hospital beds and how to pull the stirrups out

but in two pushes (more or less)..out came baby matthew! it was like watching baby story on TLC but live and uncensored. i'll spare you the details.  i did well considering i had been up since 2:45am for our annual (and possibly last) black fryday.  i'll post more pics later, but here's some recent ones from mel's site.
